Materials: Microwave-safe bowl, 1/2 cup honey, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon of butter. Microwave, 5 cups of popped popcorn, Large bowl, Butter for handling. Optional: Chocolate Chips, Dried Fruit, Peanut Butter, and/or cinnamon.
Step 1: In a 2 quart microwave safe bowl, combine honey, sugar and 1 tablespoon of butter. Cover lightly and microwave on high for 5-7 minutes.
Step 2: Place popcorn in the large bowl and pour honey mixture over it, stir with a wooden spoon until the popcorn is covered. Let cool.
Step 3: After washing your hands, butter them and shape popcorn into balls.
Step 4: Try mixing chocolate chips, dried fruit, peanut butter, or cinnamon into the honey popcorn mixture.
